Honorary members

In 2010 the ESVE board decided to start a new tradition in order to honour those individuals who have provided an exceptional contribution over their lifetime to veterinary endocrinology.

 

The choice of such individual will be voted on by the membership and the honorary membership will be awarded on an ad hoc basis. Any ESVE member can propose a colleague for this award.

 

2018. Professor Michael Herrtage and Dr Mark E. Peterson are honorary members of ESVE

 

Professor Michael Herrtage was awarded the title of honorary member of ESVE. He was a founding member of ESVE and has made an outstanding contribution to ESVE and to veterinary endocrinology.

 

Dr Mark E. Peterson was also awarded the title of honorary member of ESVE for his outstanding contribution to veterinary endocrinology (more than 500 publications) and for his constant collaboration and presence at ESVE events.

 

2016. Professor Claudia Reusch is honorary member of ESVE

Professor Claudia Reusch made honorary member of ESVE recognising her tremendous contributions to the society and veterinary endocrinology in general. Claudia is the founding president of ESVE
