Dear Summer School Participant,
Finally, in a few days, Summer School will start!
This e-mail is to give you the latest information.
We have organized a 50-seater shuttle bus that every morning will depart from Bologna [bus station (autostazione), Piazza XX Settembre], pass through the hotel Relais Bellaria and arrive at the Veterinary School where the Summer School is held. In the evening, the bus will go the opposite way.
In the information material that we will give you when you arrive at the Vet School, you will find the timetable. On Sunday, June 23rd, the bus will depart from Bologna at 11:00, will pass by the Hotel Relais Bellaria at 11.30, and will arrive at the Vet School at 12.00 (approximately). Take a look at the timetable of the shuttle bus.
For those arriving independently, I remember that the address of the Vet School (Venue of the Summer School) is Via Tolara di Sopra 50, Ozzano dell’Emilia.
The social events are free for Summer School participants but not for any accompanying persons. For those who have booked any accompanying persons for dinner on Tuesday evening or for the trip to Florence, I remind you that on Sunday at the registration desk you should pay for the accompanying persons (40,00 € for the dinner and 20,00 € for the trip to Florence. There is no possibility to pay by credit card or other electronic payment methods, you have to pay in cash.
