Dear Participant,
I hope you are doing well.
This is the first email I am sending you regarding the fantastic ESVE Summer School that awaits us at the end of June. It will be an event full of science and exchange of ideas, but also a great opportunity to enjoy yourselves and experience a bit of Italy.
Almost everything is ready, and we truly look forward to meeting all of you in person!
I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding the venue.
Due to logistic reasons, the usual lecture hall at the Veterinary School will not be available. Therefore, the Summer School will take place at a new location:
Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences
Viale Giuseppe Fanin, 40–50
40127 Bologna (Italy)
We are aware that many of you may have already arranged your accommodation.
To ensure a smooth experience, we will provide a shuttle bus service for all participants. The service will run from:
- PH Hotel Emilia (Ozzano)
- Relais Bellaria
- Bologna city centre
We are confident that the new venue is very pleasant and welcoming, and from your perspective the overall experience of the Summer School will remain unchanged.
