Before starting registration procedure, be aware of the following information:
- Registration fees
Special fees are reserved to ECVIM/ACVIM residents, ECVIM/ACVIM diplomates and ESVE members. Please, be aware that the organizing staff will check your declared status.
- Currency and deadlines
Euro (€) is the official currency for monetary transactions. All the deadlines are referred to the time zone UTC +1.00. Summer time will begin (clocks go forward) on Sunday, March 27th 2016.
- Account
You must have a valid user account on the ESVE-PAYMENTS website to start the registration procedure. If you don't have an account, register yourself. Your username must be your email address because all communications and payment details will be sent to it.
- Cancellation policy
In the presence of valid and documented reasons you may ask for the reimbursement of the registration to summer school's course. Terms of the refund: 100% of the total amount until March 31, 50% until May 31 and none thereafter. Please send your motivated request to federico.fracassi@unibo.it.
The registration procedure is divided in 3 steps:
- Personal information.
For restricted and internal usage only you will be requested to fill a form with personal information such as your professional title and nationality.
- Fee selection.
Fees may vary according to your status.
- Registration confirmation.
In this step you can verify your entered information and press "CONFIRM" button. After submission, you'll receive confirmation by email of your registration with all instructions to finalize the payment. Your registration will be valid only when we receive official confirmation of your payment.
